  As the hotel was very great to stay in only the things is the location is very noisy. I have booked for six nights and I have taken the breakfast for five nights, they have called me and they told me I not suppose to take breakfast for the last day. The rest are good and perfect.

  Great hotel if you want to drink, chase hookers, and pass-out in your own puke.

  Air conditioner was leaking water in the room. Room smelled of mildew. Hotel staff were visably annoyed when you asked for help. I broke a cheap ashtray and was charded 250 baht (8.50 U.S.).

  It provided the perfect place to relax and let the kids enjoy themselves away from the bustle of the streets. It was close to the main shopping, eating and partying district of Patong and had fantastic staff. The breakfast buffet was a good start to the day.

  A mosquito screen on the balcony door would have been godd for the odd occasion tha the outside temperature was pleasant enough and for when didn't want the air-con. Otherwise we had a great experience at Baumanburi.

  There are 2 unbeatable things about this hotel- its location and its breakfast buffet. You are a mere 5 mins walk from patong Beach and the shopping area. The breakfast buffet is expansive and will cater to all tastes. Take your time eating!

  I think that would have to be the maintenance of the room. There were 2 broken cupboard doors, one of which was fixed immediately. The tap of the bath tub did not run properly and the aircon would not go below a certain temp (23 degree) and hence left the room quite warm at night.

  First of aLL, I would like to thank all staff for highly cooperation with us and thier nice preparing for our attending to your hotel specially honey room fuction.On the other hand it was wonderful time to spend in your hotel but two things disturb us during our staying specially the cleaners while they opening our room when we inside and they knock the door twice and we answered but they opend the door , the other thing the outside door noisy specially morning time while cleaners doing gthier job of cleaning rooms.But it's fine and ok and our many thanks to the two recieptioest ladies Ms. Phone and Ms. Emmy.

  The rooms were good. The swimming pool was good although the were a few sharp tiles which my grandson cut himself .a little disappointed with bookings.com as we booked adjoining rooms for our grandkids and their parents and these were not done.

  The manager was rude on one occasion as we came back from a long walk with a coke and he suggested that we should have bought it from the hotel so he suggested we stand in the car park and finish it.the breakfast was very ordinary as the food warmerswere cold.we would have eaten at the hotel had the dining room was air conditioned .hotel corridors were dirty .

  We booked superior room and were given a room facing the road in a separate front block with was much older than rest of the Hotel. The room was smaller than expected so when I wanted to upgrade to deluxe room which was spacious and nice, with balcony facing the pool, they told me I had to pay the difference which was much more than the Booked.net price, I decided not to go for it as we came to the room only in nights. Hence my advice is that you should select the Deluxe double which is well worth the 300bht increase per night. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay. The swimming pool was excellent. Nearby Kohinoor-1 Indian restaurant was reasonable and good. We booked all our trips with very cheap and good 'Add Ann tours' in a shop opposite courtyard Marriot on the same road.

  The Superior room was small, very difficult to fit an extra bed. Corridor tiles were old. Breakfast lacks 'Halal' food for Muslims.

  Staff poor English skillls difficulties in communicating I booked well before travel dates and asked for a quiet room. The 1st night we were placed in a front room and and it felt as if our bed was in the midle of the street Thankfully we changed rooms next day and it was ok one other night at aprox 11.30 pm staff fumigated gardens this used very powerfull and noisy equipment, this procedure might have done at day time or early afternoon i would recomend this hotel on vallue only no clock radio in room b.y.o

  I stayed at this resort for 8 nights and loved it.This resort for the money is awesome. The pool is fabulous the staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast is A1 so much variety to choose from and all you can eat with omelettes made fresh right in front of you. I would definitely stay at the Baumanbari Hotel again.

  If anything there wasn't bacon served at breakfast everyday.
